A/C Problems
Well today was the day that i finally re-installed my A/C and re-charged the whole system. I followed the instructions as they were wrote. So after everything was filled i checked to see if i was getting cold air.... I was on the driver side, but warm outside air temp on the passenger.
A little backstory to the A/C i recently swapped head gaskets and during the process i drained and unpluged the A/C, And never reinstalled it. It finally got hot enough to have some A/C so today was the day to get it back together.
And like i said after following all the instructions on filling the system i drove my truck around to find out how it was all working and after a good drive around town my Drivers side is cold as its gonna get while the passenger side is outside temp.
Any advice would be great. Thanks!

It sounds like the mechanical portion of the hvac system is working, my guess would be that one of the infamous blend doors inside the hvac box behind the dash is hanging up or broken. Do a search and you'll find numerous posts
I just dropped mine off at the dealer for almost the same thing. They are yanking the dash to replace the evaporator (I think?). Mine will stop blowing as well on the drivers side after some time. I can turn off the AC and let it thaw out. But the passenger side never gets cold. $30 for the part, $870 for the labor. Gonna have them replace all the vent doors and clear out all the loose foam particles that keep blowing out through the vents.
Put "blend door" in the search box------there have probably been literally hundreds of posts concerning this.
Good Luck!!!!!
If you do come across the right post, some of the guys have found some unique ways of dealing with this. You might also try something like "dodge blend door" on a google search

Go to the web site Heatertreaters .com
They have solutions to all the blend door problems on our Dodges and a good many other vehicles as well.
That's what I'm going to do before winter this year.
