Which transmission filter to get
I need to change the fluids and filters in my transmission, I'm going to order the stuff but which filters and all that would I have
Trucks a 4wd 2008 1500 hemi with 545RFE auto
When I look online I can order all different types of filters
Deep pan filter (wix)
Shallow pan filter (wix)
Sump filters (ATP)
Sump filter and spin on filter (ATP)
What's y'all's opinion

The 4x4s need the deeper flat filter. The spin-on is the same for all. 'Bout nine quarts of ATF+4, both filters, LOTS of newspaper and some RTV. Take your time. It isn't difficult, but it is messy.
