Default How to fix brake Squealing!

Hey guys I just did a brake job yesterday on my 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 with a 5.7 Liter HEMI. I put new front rotors and Wagner Thermalquiet pads on. The other ones were squealing pretty bad and they needed to be changed. Sure enough after I make the fix it is still squealing. Any idea why it is still screeching? I thought for sure this would fix my problem. I Redid the rear brakes last summer so I know those are in good shape as well and are not making the noise. I just dont understand how it could still be making the noise. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Check for glazing. My wife's car was like that. It had almost full pads left but were glazed over. Changed them on warranty .Stopped the squealing

The pads could be vibrating making that noise. Get some Brake quiet, it is like a putty that goes on the back of the pads and will shut them up

A dab or three of high temp copper slip on the backs of the pads where the pistons and calioers contact them, should sort it.
Dont put lots on, as it'll smear onto your rotas and screw with your braking.

Did you bed the pads? I have the exact same pads on mine and they squealed just a little at first after bedding for a few days, then I blasted the cool pads and rotoes with water, drove around and light braked to dry them off----no squeals since.
