driving down the road after startup, truck electricity completely cuts off and immediately dies after starting. now that the battery is replaced the security light blinks and the engine wont even try to turn over. nothing works, horn windows. nothing.

 

You may need to go get a new key made and programmed... or just try your 2nd/back-up key if you have one...

I'm not sure if there is any other way to reset the OEM security system....
