Default tuner help please

i know the tuner thing has been beaten to death but i have been through endless pages trying to find the answers but have not found anything straight foward to me. I purchased the sc cortex with trans tune for my 04 1500 and just did the quick tow tune as to i pull trailers and a camper quite frequently. So far it has worked very well but i would like to tweak it some.
First thing is in tow/haul the truck shifts pretty decent but in regular driving it shifts a little harder than i would like and i am having trouble finding where to change the %. i only found somewhere in torque mgmt. that was set at 78% i believe.
Second thing is in tow/haul i would like to change my 4dn and 3dn to 55mph and 45mph. i would love to get the truck to down shift at a higher mph than its current settings so that i do not have to mash the throttle so much do get the truck to downshift and keep my momentum on the hills.
I am just leary about messing around with this without understanding fully what i am changing. Always worried that i am going to mess something up. I really appreciate some guidence, pics, vids, anything. thanks in advance.

I have no experience with the tuner personally, but I do know that the more torque management you remove the more power the truck will have. I don't know whether that's 78% off or 78% on. If you can, find out which it is and adjust accordingly. You want less torque management.

The 78% is stock torque management or at least very close to that. For reference mine is down around 20% and the shifts are firmer than stock. I'm sure you could go to a higher percentage (>78%) but I've never heard of anyone doing that.

You can check out http://mcfail.net/superchips/ for some other shift schedules. They may have one that's closer to what you're looking for.

I haven't changed the schedules manually, but I have my TQman set to 8% for all but 1st, which I have at 15%. I'm pretty sure 78% is the stock setting.

So I set the tq mgmt to 10% for 1-4. That's the only adjusting I can do. Am I understanding what I have read about not overlapping the settings? So if my 3 up 33tp% is 67 mph and I set my 4dn 33tp% to 55 mph I am OK even though the 3up 11tp% is set at 54 mph, the highest it will go? I am trying to get my truck to downshift a little sooner when pulling the camper without having to use so much pedal.
