Default rust

I have a 04 1500 hemi, the back fenders are getting pretty rusted tho. I put some compound on it to help stop the rust but it still looks like crap. It goes up about 6" and I was just wondering if you guys have any ideas to help cover it up? I don't think fender flares will cover it cuz it goes up so high... Should I just pay a body shop to fix it? How much would that cost approx? Thanks fellas.

Price out a used bed from down south, it might be cheaper.

Or, if you have a lifted truck, buy fiberglass bed sides.

Same issue here, and yeah I'm looking at just getting a used bed. A buddy of mine down in NC is looking for one for me. Cheaper than trying to repair, at least in my case.
