Default Body lift and ranch hand bumpers?

I've got an 04 1500 and can get a 3 inch body lift for pretty cheap. Problem is that I've got front and rear ranch hand bumpers bolted to the frame. Is there anyway I could do this without leaving a 3 inch space between the bumpers and body? I'd like to have a cheap lift like this but not if my bumpers will look really bad. Any ideas or help? Thanks!

The better lifts have bumper relocation brackets, but I don't know if those brackets will support the weight of the Ranch Hands.

Have a shop fill in the gaps with 1/4" plate

You can't use relocation brackets with those bumpers PLUS even if you do the bumper will go from offering great protection to being a source of causing more damage, injury or worse in a wreck.

My grill guard with winch mount is what has kept me from adding a body lift to my suspension lift and being happy with the 4" of lift I have. You could have something beefy fabbed up which would be the only way...

Alright I didn't know if there was any easier solutions.I think I'll just forget the body lift idea and go with a suspension lift if I find a real good deal on one. Thanks for all the help!
