Default Blinking red light truck won't start
My 2004 dodge ram 1500 Is displaying a red blinking light dashboard lights flashing causing my truck not to start. Can anyone help me out?

Isn't that the key security light? I think that's the only one that isn't labelled or some sort of pictogram.
