Loud Whining and P0480 and P0113 Codes

Hi my truck has been making a very loud whining noise that matches my RPMS, when i accelerate it gets alot louder and its showing the codes P0480 (Engine Cooling Fan 1 Control Cricuit) and P0113 (Intake Air Temp Sensor Circuit High Input). The AC also cuts in and out. Does anyone know how I can fix this?
It's on a 2005 Dodge ram 1500 5.7l hemi.
