Default P0344 Code, Jerking during acceleration, engine dying

I have a 2004 Dodge Ram 4.7 L with 130,500 miles on it.

I am getting a P0344 code that appears and dissappears randomly. When the code appears, the truck jerks during acceleration and I have to turn the truck off to fix it. I have also had the truck engine stall on me twice within the last two weeks while driving. The problem seems to be reappering more often then it use to.

I have replaced the camsensor and the crank sensor already. I am not sure what this could be and need some assistance.

Could be bad gas... Try running some fuel injection cleaner and some water remover... Run the tank to empty/fumes and then fill up with SHELL/CHEVERON/MOBIL/EXXON... from a busy station... The busier the fresher the fuel... and yes it fresh fuel does burn better in my opinion.

Bad gas can cause all sorts of hard to find gremlins.

Keep us posted.

just had this code on my truck and took it to an auto shop. i had the same symptoms while driving, and the code was intermittent. i had a bad coil pack on #4 cylinder that had to be replaced, and had them swap my plugs. runs ok now.
