Default Throttle response

I have a 94 2.5L Dakota that if you tap the gas pedal it'll go.. My Ram I feel like I have to put the pedal down like 1/4 of the way before she goes. Any Ideas how improve the throttle response? I have a 3.7 V6 with a 6spd manual trans.

Thanks

On a serious note, have you tried turning it off and back on again?

No but seriously, sell it and buy a Hemi.

Okay I'm sorry. Clean your TB. I don't know if the 3.7 is a Physical or Electrical TB. Also, seafoam your engine, look into a wider, performance TB, and then sell it and buy AT LEAST a Hemi.

Thanks for all the info. The 3.7L ST was a great deal at the time so I went with it so I could afford to work on my 71 Yamaha which I completely restored and some body work an engine work on my Dakota to get that back on the road.. I'm currently saving up to drop a 318 in that truck and the ram back in 2008 when I bought it had 2k miles on it and I got it for only 10k so how can you pass that up... plus roughly 26mpg so i'll keep the 6cyl in it.
