Default Strut replacement, now death wobble.

I just replaced the struts in my 07 ram 4x4 quad cab hemi with 20s and had an alignment. Now I have a the ole death wobble at 60 mph and gets more severe when I hit the brakes. Now what?

Well, technically you don't have death wobble as that's reserved for solid axle trucks, but I get what you're saying.

Have you checked the torque on your shock mounts? Sometimes those buggers can come loose if you don't have them JUUST right.

I also do not think you are experiencing Death Wobble.

I would bet that you are experiencing steering wander due to a bad tie rod end, or if you had an alignment done with a severely bad strut sometimes the alignment will change when you replace the strut, so I would get the truck on a lift check the alignment and then proceed to check the tie rod ends.

What is the best way to check the tie rod ends? Look for play front to rear or up and down?

I put the truck in 4 wheel drive yesterday and it is barely driveable. Still tie rod related?

All i have done so far is check all that all the fasteners are tight. upper and lower ball joint nuts, tie rod end nuts, sway bar links, lower strut bolt and uppper strut nuts. I am hoping to jack it up this weekend.
