Ok. I just tightened the torsion bars on my truck. It's 2005 QC1500 Hemi 4X4.
Now I'm getting a loud Clicking noise whenI turn the steering wheel all the way to the left. It sounds like it's coming from the front strut area.
There was a clicking sound from the front end when going slow over a speed bump.
Could tightening the torsion bars have made this worse?
Could it be coming from the wheel bearing hub assembly?

I know everyone is watching football , so I can wait.

My vote is the wheel bearing in the hub. Lift the front to end and check the hub assembly

 

That's what I was thinking as well. Guess it's time go replace them. Thanks WH.

 

I just replaced mine on the front left. When going over bumps or turning I could hear it.

 

Just checked out both sides. Driver side feels tight. Pass side has play in it. Will be getting a new one soon.
