Default Low low oil pressure

Yesterday, when I went to leave in my truck, 2003 Cummins turbo, the oil pressure gauge just barely came up off the peg. Drove it around the block, ~ 1mile and it never got higher than just off the peg. Oil is full. Anyway to check if oil is circulating enough to drive it to a garage or should I just have it towed?

Could be the sender. To be safe, I'd have it towed. The risk is many $$$.

that or install a analogue guage tee'd into the sender hole. But make sure before you attempt driving, you got pressure or like Mike said, have it towed
