2002 5.9 random misfire

2002 5.9 random misfire
Ok guys I am about to give up. I have a 2002 dodge ram 1500 sport 4x4 with the 5.9 gas engine. It broke down on me going down the road. would crank but not start, so had it towed home. changed plugs, wires, dis. cap, rotor, nothing changed the coil cool it started took it out and ran like crap.
idles good but when I give it gas it bogges down rpm shout to about 3 grand but no speed takes a couple miles to get up to 50 mph go up a hill and sounds like it down shift but barely makes it up. I have a scan tool don't show nothing at idle, but going down the road and it sometimes says misfire cylinder 3 sometimes cylinder 5 and sometimes random misfire. please help
