Default ISSPRO Pyrometer gauge....

Isn't working. When I start the truck the needle goes to just under 300F and stays there, never moves.

Ideas?

My suggestion would be to contact the manufacturer or find some paperwork on it and see how it is supposed to be connected and check everything over

Guess I should have clarified......it has been working fine for like 5 years. It just all of a sudden stopped working.

What is the condition of the wiring under the truck? Any way to test the EGT probe or sensor? Is it shorted to ground? Might just be a bad sensor.

Found the problem!! I followed the wires from the probe and actually found 2 of them cut! I am sure the rodents in Mammoth where I was for 2 months had something to do with it. I should have known.

Thanks for the help!
