Hello all. My son has a 2002 Dodge Ram 1500. He told me this morning that yesterday he was driving and there was a pop and "steam" started coming through the vents and the air or heat wouldn't work. I looked at it this morning and the fan will not come on no matter what mode you pick. Does anyone know what the problem may be?

Maybe a blown fuse. Maybe a bad fan motor. Maybe a loose connection.
