Looking at a 2007 Ram 4x4 hemi 150k miles. It was a repo and when picked up would only move in 2nd gear and low rpm. Its a good price and dealer says he will repair. Thoughts? I need quick help as I am suppose to go look at it again on Friday when repairs are made.

 

If the dealer will repair on their dime and fully warranty everything, where is the issue?

 

Since its a REPO with 150k. Can you be sure that the person maintained it. I would not sign the deal until after the transmission is fixed and you can properly test drive it. Need to be able check out the engine.
