Default Moaning brakes

2005 Dodge Ram 1500. Having an issue with moaning rear brakes. Only when cold( late fall/winter) & in reverse. Stops after driving a few seconds New rotors pads everything is tight. Do not see signs of caliper hanging up( not pulling or overheating) or poor wear. I'm getting a loud vibration = low moan. Anyone else have this prob? Any resolutions?
Thanx.

Moisture on the rotors, making them glaze over with fine rust.
A few feet either in reverse or forward with brakes slightly applied as when backing out etc, scrapes it off.
It's also present whenever you wash the truck and let it sit a few hours.

Maybe the park brake? Check to make sure the friction material has not come loose from the shoe.
