My friend is in the market for a particular Dodge Ram SLT (2003) that has the Cummins standard engine, but not the High Output version. He is very interested in purchasing the truck, but wants to know more about the engine. He would prefer a High Output, but at the moment, can't afford one. Any opinions regarding the performance, reliability, and feel of the engine would be greatly appreciated!!
