Welcome to DF. Posting your questions in the technical sections for your vehicle is the best way to get answers as that is where the experts on a particular generation of vehicle spend most of their time. I will move this to the 3rd gen Ram section.

Sounds like death wobble if I had to guess. Do a search on here or Google for "Death Wobble" and you'll be good to go
