Default Is there much of a difference between 3rd and 4th Gen MDS Hemi Motors?

Does anyone know if there is anything internally different between the 3rd and 4th Gen MDS Hemi engines? I'm curious if the only difference was pretty much an ECU reflash to tweak things to eek out those 40 HP.

VVT and the throttle body position is moved as well. Mechanically those are the changes I know of off the top of my head

There is supposed to be a difference between the heads and intake for sure as you can not use a 4th gen intake on a third gen to get rid of the internal pcv.

Pretty much everything is different, even if only slightly. The heads are very different, they're more like 6.1 heads.
