I bought a set of used ones (80% tread) on ebay for 315 dollars for 4 of them. Im sure you can find similar. Mine have held up for 6 months so far with no issues.

Default no need for tires

Well, to make a long story short, I'm dealing with a liar. I paid the guy $200 down and was waiting on the title from the bank as he had one note left. He gets called out of town to do an emergency job and says the title came in while he was gone, but would get it when he got back. He gets in and tells me its a salvage title. He says he's going to sue Chrysler for selling a truck to him with a salvage title. He tells me his lawyers name etc. etc. Called the lawyer, not so. I go by his house and the truck is gone. So, he's promised to mail a check. I'll hold my breath until it gets here.

I wouldn't have forked over anything until I saw title in hand. Not worth it to deal with title issues.

Darn sorry to hear about that!

I was going to ask you if the truck had been salvaged, because based on all the issues it sounds like it may have had some damage (i.e. water damage).

There are a lot of Sandy damaged cars being sold out there, be careful!
