I have a 2006 dodge ram 2500 cummins quad cab short bed 4wd. Every time I put it in 4wd or 4lo it will pop out. The light will stay on but when I let off the accelerator it will go back in. I don't know where to start and have been reading other forums trying to get some where to start. Help please as it is winter and I live on a hill and tow trailers.

 

Oh it is an automatic trans with the automatic turn dial 4wd selector
