Default Whooping sound when driving?

I have a whooping sound in my 2007 1500 when driving. It makes a whop whop sound every time the wheel goes around. It does have 140,000 miles. The wheels don't seem to have any play like a wheel bearing is going out and the hubs don't seem to get hot either. I thought maybe a brake rotor was warped but I'm not sure if that's the problem either. The steering wheel doesn't shake when I brake or anything. The sound also doesn't change when I turn left or right, it does the same thing. It also seems to be coming from the front end but I can't say for sure.

Is it like a flat tire sound? Can you grab a video of it happening maybe? Hard to diagnose with the limited details you've provided.

Check if the sound is till there if you put the truck in 4x4....

Just b/c the wheel doesn't move, doesn't mean the bearing isn't bad...

Regardless, the next thing I would do is get the front wheels off and check the caliper and pads.... you might have got something stuck in one of the pads, OR you might have a brake pad that is dragging... Sometime the little metal clip that separate the pads from the rotor when you let off the brakes wear out and let the pads drag a bit...

Sounds like a wheel bearing. Agree they don't have to have play in them to be bad.
