Exclamation 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 Transmission shifts up on down erratically

Hi all, my truck recently started shifting up and down erratically when cruising on the highway. If I engage the tow/haul mode then it stops. Fluid level is ok and was actually changed less than 30k miles ago. I've had the truck for about 3 years and since day one I did the pressure mod on the transmission. Any ideas?
