Default 2004 dodge ram 1500 hemi engine problem

Hi i need.some help on a.dodge.ram.truck having problems.with.misfire.on 7 i changed spark plugs and wires and still marking p0307 ..what happen is that one.day.i forgot.to.close.the cap from radiator and speld all coolant out and over heat so i parkd it.and check engine light went on next it startd making clickin noise that now hasnt came.off .a machanic.told.me.could.be.stuck lifter but.dont know yesterday i.ran it.about 90 miles hour.and.came off but.today came.back.on but.this.time p404 and p0306 misfire 7 .

I have checked compression on cylinder.7 and.it.mark 75psi but.only check.one and i also check.cylinder.5 also.mark 75psi my teuck has 16 spark plugs which.is.2 per.cylinder.so.does that mean both have to.mark 150 or does it.have to mark 75psi and 75psi.each cylinder ????

Sounds like you got it hot. Possible head gasket. With low compression in mulitple cylinders.
