Default FUEL FILLER TUBE...04 ram 1500

So this one is new on me, and sure does stump the hell out of me...
I was attempting to fuel up here recently when I noticed that I can get about one dollar at a time into the filler tube of my truck before it backs up, then I must wait for it to bubble down into the tank. I disconnected the evap line(breather) and blew it out with an air hose but that didn't fix the problem.

Can anyone lend a hand or some good advice?

I believe there is a type of screen at the inlet to the tank. Is it possible something is obstructing screen. Anyone try to siphon your gas and leave something lodged down there?

Fuel tank has a vent system. It allows air to escape during fueling. It is part of the evap system. Are you getting any code?

I haven't checked for any codes. I thought for sure the breather was clogged. the only other thing I can think of is that some of the dodge caravans had a problem with the rollover valve and it cause the same thing. A guy in the service department at the local dodge dealer here in Fayetteville told me that there is a vent you can open on the top of the tank near the pump housing that will let air flow in and out of the tank(used for releasing pressure and vacuum from the fuel system). Ring any bells?

Seems like I've read of the rollover valve or the anti-siphon valve failing in such a way as to block the filler. This likely won't throw a code - the valves are not talking to the computer.
