Default Can I make a set of 8X170mm rims fit?

I expect this will be a short thread. My truck is a 03 2500 with 8 lugs. The truck has 16" rims and they bind against the calipers. A set of stock rims will cost a good deal, but I found a set of 17" Rockcrusher rims on craigslist for $450 new in box. The problem is the pattern is 8X170. I can't use these, can I?!?

These are the rims...

You are 8 on 165. To answer your question, no.

What are my options? A set of stock rims cost $400 through a local salvage yard. My number one priority is getting the rig rolling as cheaply as possible. But I don't really like stock rims, and for $50 more I could have better....

Look at ultra wheels. I had those on my last truck. I paid 450.
