Default valve spring compressor for 4.7

I need to replace my lash adjusters. I have been trying to find a valve spring compressor. Anyone know of a good one for a 4.7 overhead cam? Looking for one that will work with the heads installed.

Thanks

Pro Comp makes one. Price ranges from $128-$168. The OHC engine has valve lash adjustment?

No, shouldn't have to take out the CAM timing chains and what not. The lash adjusters sit on the backside of the followers. same spot where push rods would push up on rockers on push rod V-8. Should be able to push down the valves enough to get remove the followers and the lash adjusters should pull right out of the head.
