Hey guys got a question. Got the great idea to go play in the mud. It was fun. But why in the hell will my truck not tach over 2500rpm. If I'm on the road an floor it it will go way past that. But if it's in the mud it won't. Why is that

 

Were you in 4x4 low?

 

No I had it in 2 wheel at first then went to 4 hi. I've never even tried 4 lo at all in it yet

 

Speed vs rpms. Also in Neutral.

Get a tuner to bump it up.

You can also manually shift. If you start in 1st, you should be able to rev it up past 2500rpms.
