Default New problem - no headlights, brake lights, hazards, turns

Just when I was starting to fix the other issues I have, while troubleshooting before I found the burnt ignition switch connector, I was screwing around with wiring behind the dash and, after putting the ignition switch connector back on, I suddenly had new problems:

No turn signals
No brake lights (but 3rd brake light up top works)
No running lamps front or rear
No hazards
No windshield wipers or washer pump
Headlights stuck on at all times key is on and no control of bright/dim
No upper cab clearance lights
Rheostat for dimmer does not control interior lights

Interestingly enough,

1. If I turn the headlight switch on with the truck off, it dings at me like it knows the lights are on and will drain the battery but... no headlights, running lamps, or cab lights.

2. If I put the blinker on or hazards on, the instrument cluster blinker indication blinks like it's working, but nothing on the outside blinks front or rear.

3. If I turn the headlight switch on and pull the lever for high beams, it shows the high beams are on with the indicator on the instrument cluster, but no high beams.

Basically, everything looks like it's working fine, but you get nothing. Very, very strange.

Have heard everything from the PDC to the Multifunction switch. I'm thinking I might have pulled on the multifunction wire harness by accident and killed the switch (I rang out all the wires to the instrument cluster connector and C219 and got good continuity so the connector is fine, just thought the switch might be dead).

Thoughts?
