I have never seen an 04 hemi, but heard that they had plug wires, Where are they on this engine, and also have never seen a Hemi with the CAI on the drivers side. I can see where the CAI could be changed to that side, but explain where the wires went to

They run from the coil packs to the other side of the engine. Cylinder 1 connects to the "waste" plug on cylinder 6, for example.

i did a 6.1 manifold/coil ignition conversion and removed the A/C to route the BFI tube. the wiring harness is tucked under the hemi coil covers. The Mark VIII worked fine on the factory manifold/long wires too. Few local friends run the Flex-a-lite though and love it,

Hammer has a BlackMagic fan I believe.
Hammer has been running a Flex-A-Lite Black Magic 180 since 2005. I believe Flex a Lite has since replaced it in their catalog with the 183...

I also ran a Black Magic Extreme 180 fan for 6 years and burned out one motor, which after a call to Flexalite, and not even having to prove I owned their product, the motor was replaced free, and it was an out of warranty situation. Great customer service. I highly recommend them....The motor burning out wasn't a flexalite problem, it was something I did, so no problems with their motors

I look at like this if you have the extra cash get the flex if on a budget get the tarsus. Either way you won't be disappointed.
