Mode $06 Data

Anybody have access to the definitions of the Mode $06 data for a 2005 Dodge Ram? I can find bits and pieces online for older Chrysler vehicles, but nothing as new as a 2005. Of course Chrysler seems secretive about this, so I'm guessing anyone short of a dealer tech won't have access, but if anyone has any ideas it would be appreciated. In particular I am looking for:
