Default Sensor problems, Please Help.

I have an '06 1500 with the 5.7 that has been giving me a lot of fits with the camshaft, and crankshaft, position sensors. I have changed both of them out and still get several codes.
P0300
P0340
P0335
P3230
P3741
P3041
The symptoms have become very regular and predictable. At initial start up it will crank just fine and run ok, then after about 1/2 mile it will miss once or twice then die. When I try to re-start it takes forever to fire. It will run about 2300 rpm at 55 mph for a while, then it will come down to normal. If I try to floor the gas it will rev up then cut out and almost die.
After a while when everything has warmed up, it runs normal, all seems to be fine, the CEL will sometimes go away, and it will rev like it should when I floor the gas.
I really need to get this figured out ASAP. I work out of town and leave Monday for two weeks and this is my Wife's only means of transportation at the moment. Any help is much appreciated.

Those are miss fire codes. When was it's last tune up. Plugs (copper) wires, throttle body clean. I believe the 06 have mds. Make sure the correct weight oil.

It's been a bit since the last tune up, but not terribly long. If it was plugs, wires, etc. wouldn't it run like crap all the time? When it warms up and starts to run good it stays that way until it sits for a couple hours.

Two of the codes were camshaft position sensor (P0340) and crankshaft position sensor (P0335). Would those cause the misfire or would it be the other way around.

I was having issues like that as well on my 05 4.7...ended up doing the crankshaft sensor and then clearing the PCM and I haven't had any more issues. Try to clear the PCM for sure and not just clearing the codes by removing battery terminals..there are a couple of good topics on here about clearing the PCM out
