Default 2004 Leaking Power Steering and Radiator fluid

I have a 2004 Ram 1500 V8 with 135k miles engine was completely rebuilt about 3 years ago due to overheating that cracked a header and leaked into my oil. I have checked my oil dipstick and looks normal so not concerned that it has cracked and i haven't had any overheating issues. I am thinking the freezing cold days and then warm the next has helped this issue grow to a noticeable level.

Power Steering
I noticed the leak this past weekend and from my initial look it appeared to be the return line from my Power Steering reservoir. I replaced that line, but the power steering fluid is still leaking. I have read on here that power steering fluid cooler normally fails on our vehicle so that might be the power steering culprit?

Radiator Fluid
I also am leaking a good bit of radiator fluid like I mentioned and it is only on the driver side of my engine I feel like the radiator fluid is getting onto the radiator fan because it seems to be flung everywhere when I turn off the engine and pop the hood. So much so that a decent amount is collected on the front bumper that I can see the green tint to the radiator fluid.

What could be the culprit for both of these issues. I have taken pictures of where I see the most fluid at. The power steering fluid leak should have nothing to do with the radiator leaking by fluid as well? If you need more information let me know and I will dig around the engine for you. Thanks in advance.

I had a leak on one of my PS hoses. The stock clamp fails on them. So if you are using that, just put you a new hose clamp on it. Not sure bout rad leak.
