im having a problem when I turn lights, heat/ac on the battery gauge goes down a little then to normal if I go threw a little puddle of water the gauge goes up past high until I shut truck off. its a 03 ram qc 4x4 4.7l could this be a ground problem? changed the battery and alt. and the pcm was changed because was no good
