My left blinker bulb will light up when I turn all my lights on, but when I go to toggle the blinker it doesn't flash it just stays light. And my "lamp out" indicator is on. I did install halos and the LEDs are connected to that but no wires were cut. The fuse isn't out either. I've checked that multiple times. Help would be much appreciated.
