Sounds for me more like a exhaust leak.
but when you have the Code for lean mix, then there is definately something wrong with your gasoline supply- can be also the fuel pressure regulator- if the pressure is too low, less gas can be injected. lean mix burns very hot and can tear your pistons and valves up. it also burns more uncontrolled. this was the problem at the first toyotas as they came out with the lean mix. the background here was lower emmissions. would be interesting to put the tester on and see the knock sensor signal.
and dirt- well- you can't see into the tanks of your gas station. when they have dirt in it or the filters break, you got it too.
I would check the injectors under the microscope and see if they have some dirt in it or scratch marks.

We shall see what happens. I went thru all my paperwork over 30+ visits to the dealer for mil codes since around 3-4 months after purchase. Last mil being around 58k. I see no reason for this to not be covered.

UPDATE EVERYONE

Couldn't be any happier with what happened. So the motor didn't eat it as suspected. Turns out the shop that did my last plug change didn't torque the spark plugs down correctly. This lead to one of said plugs backing out of the head leading to a compression loss and hard misfire. Which was what the noises I heard were from. So the dealer was able to diagnose said issue, retorqued the plugs and now it runs absolutely fine. Also the ticking heard in said video is completely gone now!!!!!!!!! I got my baby back guys!!
