Hi Guys, my 08 ram sometimes doesnt want to downshift when i slow down and make a corner Or slow down for a light, what happens is the trans is in a higher gear and i slow down to about 20-25 and then step on the gas to go, it bogs down and dont want to go Unless i push way down on the gas OR manually pull the shifter to 2nd then it takes off fine... anybody know what would cause this? other than that it works perfectly..... thanks for the help....

How many miles are on the truck? You may need to change the tran. fluid. Easy fix. Good luck.

 

it just rolled 73000 trans fluid and filter was changed at 54000
