Default Air Intake System

Im new to the forum but thrilled to be here.....I am looking at Air Intake Systems for my 04 Ram Hemi. I am not sure whether i want to go with K&N or Volant. Ive heard that both brands are great. Any suggestions???

Just do a search on here for it, and you'll find all you want to know, plus a little more. There's been a ton of threads on them, but don't look to find anything unanimous...everybody seems to have different opinions on which one they like, as well as if they even did anything much at all for performance other than change the sound.

Good luck.

I dont think the CAI's provide very much, if any, performance for the hemis. I installed one on my moms hemi durango and noticed very very little difference. however i installed one on my old 02 4.7 ram and noticed a big difference in how it performed, but the sound is pretty cool on the hemi
