Replace EGR valve
My stock EGR valve went bad on me at about 80K about 4 or 5 years ago. It was a saturday, dealers were closed so I got a duralast at autozone. Friday morning I was thinking "I'm almost at 200K, that duralast is outlasting the mopar."
Same day on the commute home (about 30 mins from the house truck dies). It threw a code, took a while to get it running again but made it home. It was the EGR valve. That's what I get for thinking.
