haha, one of my ignition coils was loose, way in the back cylinder 7. Took it off, blew it out with an air compressor and reseated it. Misfire disappeared. Truck started right up without having to press the pedal, but did not idle and died a couple of times and a few tries after that it idled real low. Engine light was still on so I checked the code again and it went back to P0113. I disconnected the negative end of the battery, removed the PCM fuse waited about 20 minutes and then hooked everything back up. Truck fired right up, idled correctly and the engine light was no longer on. Took it for a spin on the freeway and found I was averaging about 25mpg driving in the 55-60mph range. I have had the truck a year and have never been able to achieve that, only about 21mpg. Started wondering if that guage was flipping out to, but it is likely I have had this fuel rail leak for the entire time I have owned the truck for the last year, it just got progressively worse until the rail completely blew.. Only thing that sucked is that my 4wd service light came on about 5 minutes into mt drive. I really think the computer is just tripped up. I'll see what happens when I get it on the beach this weekend, hope I don't need to get towed. For now, seems my issues are fixed, but I'll feel better about it in about two weeks with no problems..

Went and replaced my air intake temperature sensor. This got rid of my P0113 code. In the process of switching this out I disconnected the battery. Have been driving it a couple days now, the 4wd service light never came back on, no engine light and seems to be running real good. The only thing that is happening is if the truck is cold and I start it jumps to correct idle. However, if I immediately throw it into drive or reverse it will die out. After about 30 seconds of running this goes away and have no issues at all while out driving. Figure I might just need a good fuel injection cleaner. Will put some in the tank on my next fill up and will report back. Overall, everything seems to be resolved..
