Default Broke down, looking for an answer

Hi everyone, I have a 2003 Dodge 3500 5.9 cummins 3500 with approximately 246,000 miles. Left TX today on the way to Buffalo, NY. with a loaded gooseneck. Changed fan clutch prior to leaving TX and cleared the codes. as it was giving an 0483 code and it was making some bearing noise when I first cranked it and it was also having a/c issues. Sometime the blower will come on and sometimes it will not, most of the time when it does come on it will eventually stop blowing.. replaced the compressor and dryer a few weeks ago. made it roughly 400 miles today and it was running a little warm, a little over 200 off and on, sometimes it would back off to 195-200 or so.. made it up I-59 NORTH TO Meridian, MS .. About the last 20 miles the temperature jumped up to about 230+. limped it into to town tonight. Now I have the code again and water/coolant on my passenger mirror, window, on top of my air filter box.. water pump looks dry, making a bad sound from the fan clutch, I think, and also the item inside the black plastic cover just to the right side of the front of the head..( not sure what that is) Anyone recommend a good reasonable mechanic in Meridian, MS besides the dealership? Any idea what my problem is? don't see any water around the head, did not check the oil to see if there is any water in it? it is after midnight.. let it cool off til morning Any suggestions?... Thank you.. Regards.
