I highly doubt it is doable. Your Ram would have none of the supporting control modules to power it, which in the Dart/Ram are probably integrated into other modules.
Even things like what kind of control bus your vehicles use would impact it. I have a feeling an 03 Ram is not a CANBUS vehicle, and even if it was, it is probably a Low Speed CANBUS which isn't compatible with newer High Speed CANBUS systems.
You can't even get a Radio from a 2008+ 300C to work in a 2005-2007, because of the difference between Low/High speed CANBUS (unless something has changed in the last year or two since I looked at it).
I really doubt you could get anything to work, without basically transplanting the entire electrical system over to your vehicle.

2002 and 2006 are probably both still on the same BUS system. 2003 and the current generation would not be on the same bus, and therefor be incompatible, unless someone makes some kind of lockpick/adapter for it. It isn't just a matter of sensors that feed the radio and the instrument cluster screen, but the PCM that feeds it data. I put a MyGig stereo from a newer 300C into my 2006 300C, and while it worked, it was definately limited on functionality, because the car wasn't setup to communicate with it. With that said, I needed to make sure to get the right BUS type of radio, or else it wouldn't work at all, to new of a MyGig would be a High Speed CANBUS, and incompatible with the Low Speed CANBUS in my vehicle.
I think your easiest route is to go aftermarket.
