Default 2005 Ram 5.7l hiccups/jerks

I need some HELP please. I have a 2005 Ram 1500 with a 5.7l Hemi. It has 177k miles on it and is well maintained. When I am driving around 60-65 mph, and begin going up an incline the car hiccups/jerks as I gradually press on the accelerator. If I push the accelerator into a passing gear it does not happen. It also seems to occur frequently when I have the cruise control on and as the car goes up an incline at that speed it hiccups/jerks a lot more. I have had the mechanic run a diagnostic on it and he replaced two plugs on the #5 cylinder. I must also note that it does not throw any engine codes. I hope I have explained this well enough. Any help or knowledge would be appreciated.

might just be the in-tank filter getting plugged, but yeah sounds like a fuel supply issue, check the pressure
