An unusual deep growl/rumble noise coming out of a stock 08 5.7 hemi SLT. Ram.. Cruising thru my neighbor hood which is 25 mph anytime i accelerate slightly it sounds like **** is their any reason and how exactly does the mds operate new to dodge ram. doesnt sound normal.

 

could be a broken or loose exhaust manifold bolt

 

Or hole in the exh somewhere? Get under there with it running and check.

 

Definitely a hole in the exhaust. Check all the exhaust gaskets and connections.
