I've owned my Ram for three years and I've always noticed the air is very weak coming from the vents, so eventually I decided to look at it. I did find that it wasn't the circulation door to my disappointment, but in fact what I did discover was that where my air box meets the piping for the vents and windshield, there is about a 2 inch gap. Meaning that instead of the air being pushed from the fan out to the vents, the gap allows the air to pretty much escape behind the dash. It is right behind where the controls for the air are and a real pain to get to.

Anyone had this same problem or any solutions?

The brackets that hold that stuff up bend really easy. Well at least in my 2004 it does.
