Default 2002 2003 2004 2005 dodge headlights
will they happen to fit an 08 slt ram in any way?

I doubt it due to the body style changes on the 4th gen from 3rd gen

08 is a 3rd gen, not 4th gen. They will not fit unless you change the whole front end, front end was revised in 06.
