Default 2004 dodge ram brake questions.

2004 dodge ram 1500 4x4 80k miles.

My question is I just put new front brakes and rotors ceramic pads.

I was thinking of just putting new pads on the rear with the same rotors just change the pads.
Can I put metallic pads on rear with ceramic on the front or should I stay with the ceramic pads on the rear?

I changed the rotors 2 yrs ago they look good and no pulsing at all.
Pads look about 2/3ds worn would last until next spring but wanted to change before the New England Winter gets here in Boston.

thanks

You can use different pads on the front versus the rear but I would always use ceramics over metallics.

Less brake dust, better brake biting, less heat
